Regarding #23, the ceremonial groundbreaking is set for early April. Finishing up with permitting now.

Also, the tapas restaurant & art gallery/bar on Main Street weren't highlighted on this month's map.

Also x 2, The Drew Mansion at 3rd & Pearl has begun preliminary renovation, and will be used as offices once completed. Should take two years.

My understanding is that Super Food & Brew is planning a limited opening for One Spark

Seriously. I tried viewing it on my phone this morning and literally couldn't see anything but ads. Every time I'd close a pop-up a new one would show up immediately. Not sure what changed, but the mobile experience sucks now.
