Balls.
Go back and listen to hear appearance a couple of weeks month ago on the Melissa Ross show, wherein she says that homosexuality is a choice. That wasn't a misquote, the words, recorded for posterity, were said by her.

Time code is 15:00. And again at: 19:10 or so. "I am not in favor of increasing or adding to our current... not in favor of changing the language. I don't believe that anything other than inalienable rights.... we open the floodgate for all kinds to come in.... I don't believe that PERSONAL CHOICE is a right.... but I don't believe that... should become a right or statute."
21:15 is the worst of it:
Q: It sounds like you believe homosexuality is a choice.
A: I do.
The fact remains that Bill Bishop is the only candidate for Mayor who is in favor of a fully-include Human Rights Ordinance.
Nice try, though.
Sorry but this whole debate is just coming off as someone from We Love Avondale who is on the LGBT PAC must have pissed on Stephen's orange tree.

Ignoring the Stephen/Jimmy pissing contest (nice orange tree reference, edjax) - I saw nothing in Omega's statement that walks back anything she said on the radio. The same "oh I don't like discrimination" crap that Curry and other gay-haters spout
The orange tree reference was perfection.
Whoever is Mayor, we'll be able to work with them. We have preserved and strengthened relationships with all the camps, aside from Ms. Allen's, who I haven't had the chance to meet yet.
