Interesting thing here is that Ft. Lauderdale's RLCs are managed by the same company that manages Jacksonville's.

JSO reviews each ticket with a "trained" cop, so I think that's the loophole that JSO is working with. Rutherford is soon gone and we might get a sheriff that cares. Until then, we'll need a ruling at a higher level that these are (and they are) unconstitutional.
