You guys want road projects included too? If so, for DT, I omitted the BRT work on Jefferson & Broad.
Well, I don't speak for the group, but didn't mj include the Laura Street, Main Street and San Marco road projects?
Either way, I thought it was worth mentioning, but there's probably a thread dedicated to it already.
I have every now and then but not to the consistency of building development. I can. I'll just have to remember to do so.
No worries, I appreciate the site and all the hard work you all put in to it.
Construction on the new Brooks Rehab Center at University & Beach is also moving forward well. Land clearing is now complete and they are installing water drainage and other subterranean features.

River City Science Academy has completed their rehab and takeover of the old Florida Coastal School of Law Building. They acquired and tore down what used to be a Ponderosa Steak House and built a sports arena.

A new apartment complex for off campus college living catering to UNF students is currently under construction on St John's Bluff Road just south of the Moroccan Shrine.

The large development on I-795/FL-9B being done by the Davis Family has started with new on/off ramps and clearing for the new access road currently underway.
