Is there a link anywhere to candidates' campaign contribution information?

Do these reports pick up how much PACs may spend on say the negative ads against brown being mailed out? I'm guessing not unless they are FOR a candidate?

All it shows are the names of PACs that have given a candidate a donation.  PAC's take donations independently of the candidates and spend it independently.  That is the roll they play.  An add or attack add can be posted as originating with a PAC thus putting the candidate in the position of claiming the add did not originate with them.  A PAC can actually support a candidate beyond regular declared campaign donations and limits.  That is why they are so popular now.
