C2C Solutions intends to add almost 200 employees as it expands within EverBank Center, adding another half-floor of space to the floor it already leases and nearly doubling its Downtown job base to more than 400.
The additional jobs are coming as the tower also moves in more than 1,000 Citizens Property Insurance Corp. employees by year-end. That means more than 1,200 jobs will be added to EverBank Center and Downtown.
C2C Solutions Inc. is a Medicare appeals contractor and a subsidiary of Austin, Texas-based TMF Health Quality Institute, which acquired C2C Solutions in 2011 from Florida Blue, then known as Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida.

So how vacant will the building be now? It has to be pretty close to fully leased.
So I take it they pack their employees in a lot more than some of the other tenants? Citizens moving over 1000 employees into Everbank Center will take up 9 floors and will lower vacancy from 56% to 10%. C2C adds another 200 employees and it only means they're going to be taking up an additional half of a floor?
