Every year in Dallas, to promote transit use DART has a "No Pants Ride". This isn't done in the bright summer friends...this is done in the dead of winter.
Apparently the popularity has grown. So, be on the lookout for a JTA sponsored "No Pants Day" to entice more people onto the Skyway. (just joking)
However, in all things, some people are best left to leave the pants on perhaps.

This is actually a worldwide event: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/No_Pants_Subway_Ride
Clay Yarborough would not stand for it.
