Hey folks, I've recently registered to keep track of the ongoings in downtown and the historic neighborhoods and thought I'd introduce myself.  I've been in Jacksonville for about 11 years and have always loved the in-town neighborhoods.  I lived in San Marco for a while before buying my first home, a small brick bungalow in Ortega.  A lot of my friends and family live in Murray Hill, Avondale and Riverside and I spend a lot of my free time downtown.  This is a great forum and I hope to share as much as I can.  Cheers! -Todd
