After those votes were tallied, One Spark, which began in 2013, came in at No. 21.
It enters its third year in downtown Jacksonville April 7-12. "Going into our third year, we're excited about the increased visibility, tourism and impact this will bring to One Spark and to Jacksonville," Elton Rivas, One Spark co-founder, said in a news release Thursday.
