Will this be enough to push the hobo's out of town? Or do we need another big fire??

It's been extinguished. Looks like it was a rooftop generator next to the stairwell.

edit: Apparently it was something in the elevator shaft.

This is the 4th fire / destructive incident in 3 months: Seminole Club, Warehouse, Parking garage, 220 Riverside

yes.  thanks for using common sense to come up with a probably explanation.

Like, on a night with fireworks, after witnesses described  fireworks on the roof of a building which burned from the roof down, having no physical access to the top floors (the ramps and stairwells had been removed), the most likely cause for the fire was.............?
