Looking forward to this great study. Remembering all the great studies of the past from George Simons to the Community Planning Council Goals and Priorites to the Amelia Island Conference to JCCI to organization of  the City Planning Department in the late 70s to the DDA ooperations and their TIF districts to JEDC etc. Jane Jacobs, hopefully, we can emulate you and follow some of your suggestions also!!!!
