Was wondering what the thoughts of posters was toward the recent billboard settlement

I think keeping currently billboard-free highways billboard free is a victory.  Wish there was a larger ratio of how many non-digital boards must come down in exchange for a new digital one.

Now, let's hope City Council doesn't screw it up.

Glad to see the digital board in St Nick is coming down.  That thing is ridiculous.
