OK,three hours since original post with no comments (it is,after all,a wonderful Saturday evening,'Chamber of Commerce' weather...) therefore a reply tied in to the article;
In the early 1990's I often visited with Willie Mick- a self professed and very proud "Pioneer" Arlington developer.
How the sands of time flow:
"Rutherford said residents of Junior Street weren't cooperative during the investigation, and he chastised parents who let their children become gang members"
Willie possibly could have never imagined.Today he would tell us we can and will do better than this.
