Heard a report at Urban Core CPAC last night, from Michelle Barth of the Mayor's Office, that all the downtown improvements have been cut.  Finance Committee will be addressing the Capital Improvement Plan today.  Live streaming, now.

From the TU Article "Yarborough said the committee could also ignore the roughly $12 million in possible shortfalls — a combination of questionable calculations in revenue forecasts and pension contributions — that Council Auditor Kirk Sherman found in Brown's budget."

Please let the city smarten up and elect a competent mayor.  It becomes more and more clear that he is all talk.
