Any update on the Butler/I-95 interchange? It's been over a year I think since I've heard anything:

Looks like the contract with the contractor was signed three weeks ago: http://www2.dot.state.fl.us/construction/Estimates/ActiveContracts/ActiveDetails.aspx?id=E2R91 (http://www2.dot.state.fl.us/construction/Estimates/ActiveContracts/ActiveDetails.aspx?id=E2R91).

Construction probably won't begin until the overland bridge project is complete.

The Nordstrom store looks nice.

Yes to the Nordstrom with the panel walls, frameless glass doors, glass panels on upper floors and lighting on outside walls. The Richmond Short Pump store I saw last week is boring. Nothing but standard doors and brick. I'm glad Nordstrom did what they did. Spyglass looks boring.

I know that it's September and all but Global Diamonds, a new company will be debuting it's HQ store at the Markets at Town Center near Kirklands.
