Title: Starbucks on Roosevelt moving to the old College Book rack?

Starbucks Coffee Co., 4454 Beverly Ave. and 4265 Roosevelt Blvd., contractor is Cross Construction Services, demolition of 1,716-square-foot house and 1,592-square-foot bookstore for Starbucks Coffee Co., two permits, $16,700.

Good, hopefully the new location will have a drive-thru.  Plus, the existing place felt kinda cramped....

Looks like the old college back rack was knocked down so this could be the case.
