Knead is open. Baked goods looked tempting. also have a sandwich selection. They need to really work on their service... they should figure it out.
also they should have the loaves out on display. They sell good bread but you have to ask for it.
Nice job on the build out.
Are they open today? Facebook page says closed on Mondays. Also, only open until 2pm regular hours. :(

They are closed Monday's. i went yesterday.

I went sat. about 20 minutes to close, and they were sold out of everything, so they are either doing something right (selling out before close), or wrong (selling out before close). I guess it is how you look at it. I will definitely give them another shot.
Very nice space. They've only been open since Friday, so I expect they're still figuring some things out.
This little section of Murray Hill is really filling out nicely, with Maple Street on the corner and Bold Bean coming soon

Bold Bean is already operating in Murray Hill. It's a roasting facility only; it's not open to the public.
FYI. Knead had an armed robbery Sunday morning(1:45am)
I wonder if that's why Bold Bean had no pastries this morning? I didn't ask when I was there, though I would have liked to get something.

I heard that the robbers got away with some computers, an ipad, and one of the worker's cars.
I sure hope these people get caught.
Hey guys. Things will be back to normal tomorrow. Knead will be open regular hours and both Bold Bean cafes will have full pastry offerings. Can't let these scumbags keep us down.

Thank you johnnyliar, we really appreciate the support. But all the credit for everything with Knead should go to their wonderful and strong staff and Adam and Jay Burnett.
A sign on the door indicates that they won't be opening until 10AM on weekends now.
