Title: Duke's Place - Jazz Lounge & Bar

Anyone checked this place out? One of the downfalls about not living in Jax anymore. It's located at 521 Forsyth. It looks like they have done a great job with decorating and the interior? I was just wondering if this place has been used for something else before or maybe sharing the space with someone else? From the pictures on Facebook, it looks very nice.

And JoAnns Chili Bordello. I am on Dukes Facebook page and they are open but riding by there you can't tell, at least I can't.

I would love to see this place, last went there many years ago when it was Joann's.
