What's going in there?  The building is rather bleh but still better than what's existing.

Good reuse of an existing abandoned building.  Jax needs to start focusing on these types of projects in areas already developed rather than expanding like the trend has been for so long.  In the long run these are much better for the city.

Absolutely. Jacksonville still has plenty of abandoned and structurally-sound buildings in the core, of all shapes and sizes. All ready for occupation.
