It's pretty cool to see "Dolphin Reef" come back online after it was abandoned by Hudson Capital, due to the crash of the real estate market. I did a lot of the originally planning layouts and helped convince Hudson to go from a gated suburban apartment-style complex to a more walkable, mixed use layout.
I'm glad to see student housing and more commercial added to the mix this time around. The 2006 version was mostly condos in mid-rise buildings. I can't wait to see what Rimrock Devlin comes up with. If it comes to fruition, it will be huge for the economic health of Arlington.

A proposed city ordinance filed May 13 with City Council would rezone the 59.5 acres north of JU for mixed-use residential, office and commercial development to include student housing and retail space.

It sounds like some good things going on at JU.
Very cool. Just the thing JU and that part of Arlington could use.
JU is a great school, quiet and low profile but an important economic and cultural impact on Jax. Good to hear they are expanding their presence.
