I'm not sure when Ruby Thai Kitchen opened, but it was pretty recent; They also have an Avenues mall locale.
New Balance just opened an outparcel on the other side of Wells. I love New Balance, IMO the most comfortable sneakers when you get the soles fitted. I'm glad to have a NB location not to far from me.
Although it's a bit distance from the mall, a popular Central FL Italian Ice Shop 'Jeremiah's Italian Ice' will open at the old closed Checker's location on Blanding Blvd and Londonberry Dr.

Looks like the Sears at Orange Park will suffer the same fate as others around the country...
