I checked all the news stations, but couldn't find anything about it. Anyone know why the helicopters and dogs were out last night?

If you are referring to Lackawanna area, police officer wounded during traffic stop.

According to #JSOPIO on Twitter, the officers and chopper were due to a robbery at 1620 Stockton Street. They were interacting with a friend of mine on twitter. I do not know if they caught that guy. A later tweet says they were still looking for the suspect.

Seems like we might need a "Loud Mysterious Late Night Noises in Riverside" thread.  It would just be easier to find it whenever it happens each night.
