I just wanted to say hello and say what a great site/message board this is! My name is Adam and I have recently become interested in planning and transit-related concepts like TOD. I have no background in it but I have learned a lot about it by following this site. I love all things Florida, I love cities, and I love history (particularly state/local history). So I have been enjoying this site quite a bit.
