Title: New Pho noodle restaurant opening where Avacado's was

The title pretty much explains it all. Should be open within the next couple of weeks. I'm excited as Avacado's service and food weren't all that great for the price. Here's hoping this place is a little more successful / inexpensive.

Wow, we have a lot of pho restaurants for our size! Not a bad thing, I'm just impressed that it has caught on so strongly.
