At $275 a square foot, I think the Fred Miller folks are already on Medical Marijuana. Would be great for them to be able to get it, but no garage, 2500 sq ft in a neighborhood with other larger houses, seems like they are reaching a bit. But hey, if they get it, great, will do nothing but raise my values!
