This could be a BIG setback for their Streetcar plan. Cannon was a big proponent of it, and it was mentioned in some of the recorded conversations with the Undercover agent. It has been controversial to begin with, and has a lot of opposition.
always thought he was shady after he mysteriously dropped out of the mayor's race a few years back. I'm sure the liberals will want Patsy Kinsey back.
