Any salad bars in Riverside or downtown?
Seems like River City Brewery has one. I haven't been there through the week in a while. Of course the Sunday Brunch is salad bar, hot bar, custom omlets, carved roast beef, etc.
Tidbits on the south bank, Hendricks Ave just before the I-95 overland bridge, has a salad bar. Thursday is salad bar special day with drink included.
Probably sounds bad to say. But one of the downtown hospital cafeterias might have a salad bar.

Baptist Medical Center does. It is in the main building.....forgot the floor. It is charged by wieght.
Thanks guys, just trying to do some prep research for giving up meat for Lent and maybe more. I am out and about for work most days and I was thinking salad bars might help.

Zodiac Grille in Downtown has a great salad bar, as does Vino's in San Marco. Both are lite on salad and heavy on ethnic food.
Three Layers in SPR has a traditional salad bar.
The cafeteria on the ground floor of Riverplace Tower has a salad bar.
Zodiac has a good Mediterranean salad bar along with their buffet.

Look on the menu. Most places are listing a few meatless vegetarian dishes these days.
