Title: High Pitched Sounds Meant to Torture Teens should be Banned.

This technology is being used to drive teens away from any public gathering place.

It has the potential to cause serious earaches, not only to the kids that can hear it, but also any adult who is unaware that they are being exposed to it.

dang, i must have a bad case of rocker's ear. i'm 18 and i could only hear the first 2.

I actually heard all of them....and let's just say I've not been a teenager for...ummm years

I think some Cheap PC speakers might have trouble Reproducing past 12k...without better tweeters..

i'm on my iPhone so I can't see what it is you're talking about but if its anything like that pigeon "scare er " thing at the Florida Theater it's noise pollution and should be taken down or the owners fined

I think that's true - I could barely hear the third or fourth, but I did here them
