The Florida Coastal Law Review is pleased to announce it is hosting a symposium entitled "Hot Topics in Patent Law" on Friday, March 7, 2014. We are delighted to have a distinguished group of speakers, and we welcome your participation in the symposium dialogue.
In recent years, the patent system has enjoyed levels of use far beyond what would have been imagined only a decade ago. Numbers of patent applications have never been higher and there are numerous examples that patents have helped support the development of an ever-increasing range of technology. This symposium will provide a venue to discuss the recent developments and challenges in various aspects of the patent law.
