Another grocery concept is coming to Jax.

That area is already beyond congested. In about 5 years it's going to just be a parking lot.

Congestion is a good thing. It provides us with more excuses to build and widen more roads! ;)

Lol. Worked for Blanding :) Seriously though, Beach blvd won't be too much different than blanding in a few years.
