Not feeling good about this quote.... :-\

If I had to guess, I would say the sale price of the building less the cost to settle the lawsuit, if the lawsuit could in fact be settled, would net less money than expected or desired.

It very well could be that the adjacent landowner is using the suit as a means to acquire the bank building himself which would be interesting.
