It seems Atlanta is embracing walkability and biking. Interesting article and interesting lessons for Jax.

When I meandered up to Highland Avenue and Elizabeth Street in Inman Park, it was packed-

Speaking from experience, street closures/parties are some of the most difficult things to do in Jax.  Our City government should be facilitators.. not gatekeepers.

Btw, Riverside WineFest is in serious jeapordy of not happening b/c of mismanagement and ridiculous regulations from City Hall.
