2013-384 Active legislation. This legislation could pass two committees and then be voted on by the full Jacksonville city council  on 9/24/13 and two days later is the bus tour and OH! by the way. No Public Access to Hogans Creek at this location.

The ULI tour of SPR is now open to the public with ticket purchase ($50). For those who don't won't to spend the cash but do want to schmooze, there's a social at Three Layers afterwards.
