$2M for a 1/3 of an acre?? That sounds extremely expensive for Jax. Can anyone verify?? I know the land in Brooklyn has shot up in price recently, but I still think it's less than a million an acre.

Not everything is land. They might have also purchased parking, storm water, some utilities, sign space etc that are not part of the 1/3 acre.

Do anyone know if the construction that's left of Kirklands in the Markets at SJTC is gonna the Nordstrom Rack?

No, Nordstrom Rack is going to be located on Parcel 11 at the Markets at Town Center which is the development which includes West Marine, REi, et al.

^^^Yeah we were talking about the same exact area, although I misspoke a lil' as I should have said 'Markets at Town Center' not 'Markets at SJTC'. Nordstrom Rack is to the left of West Marine, and Kirklands is to the right of WM.

This is the vacant lot between Blackfinn and Brio across from Wendy's.  Otherwise known as "Lot T".
