hands down one of the best restaurants in jacksonville. chef dennis has created a gem of warmth and personality that you wouldn't expect from a corporate strip in the tinseltown area. if you haven't been, go now!

Is it traditional dim sum or more "hip" fusion food like their regular menu?

I've never thought of it as among the very best, but I do like it a lot and Dennis always seems incredibly caring...the kind of boss I'd want to work for in a restaurant.

When we interview chefs and restaurateurs we often ask them about where they like to eat in Jacksonville. Blue Bamboo has been the number 1 mentioned restaurant and Dennis Chan is credited as the reason.
