What is dead may never die apparently.

Planet Radio has been resurrected on 106.9 FM and is promising to be commercial free throughout the summer.

Seems like they just stole the setlist 104.5 was playing before their format shift. Mostly newer hard rock with some classic Skynyrd/Sabbath/etc for good measure.

With Satellite radio, Pandora, Songza, etc, is the current radio format almost a  dead man walking anyway? Other than sports or news, I don't see radio moving very much further into the future. Alot of new cars are coming pre-installed with Sirius, or Pandora already.
