Well, their study is extremely biased, based on the top 3 picks. Jax gets honorable mention for most affordable health care, but climate isn't even mentioned?! Whereas Minneapolis gets #2 best city to have a baby...um, since when was the climate in that city considered great? Portland's climate as well?! Based on their criteria alone (most of the criteria was set on liberals' versions of utopia), Jax should rate higher. I know Jax may not be the MOST walkable, but it sure has many more assets to at least beat out #2 and #3. I've been to San Francisco...costs of living in the city should've automatically disqualified it from the top 10.
