I'm not your guy, but was wondering if this is for a local project? We certainly have some great talent hanging out here.

We are looking for a civil or structural engineer to make changes to our already DCA approved plans, such as add ons or ad hoc engineering requests.
We have a need to have a local engineering firm instead of an outside the area firm, for efficiency.
