More infill apartments on the way.  This time in Jacksonville Beach at the intersection of Beach Blvd and 7th Street.

The development proposed by Tribridge Residential LLC had already been approved by the city’s Planning and Zoning Commission. Two citizens spoke against the proposal, while one said he favored the idea. A second reading/public hearing will occur in two weeks before final approval can occurr.
