Title: Zoning Sign On Hendrick

Lsat night I noticed a zoning change/public hearing/city whatever sign on Hendricks next to Giglio signs.  Does anyone know what's going on over there?

Are they building new or using one of the existing structures.  Either way sounds good!

Pretty sure they are building new, with a drive-thru teller on the side.  Thinking something like Regions at the corner of Hendricks & Lasalle.
