Title: North Korea restarts work on reactor

The DPRK (North Korea) has restarted work on their light water graphite/plutonium 5MW reactor by beginning the re-installation of the once removed cooling loops.

Commercial orbital photography reveals that the once abandoned plant is now teaming with life again.
