More than 10 million a mile for the I-10 widening in Pensacola. Wow.
^ that's cheap for interstate projects!
It's pretty insulting that still no money is being allocated for a flyover at the I-95 and Butler Boulevard interchange.
Other than enabling homophobia and shaking Mickey Mouse's hand, what exactly is Mayor Brown doing?
The First Coast Outer Beltway seems a low priority. I'm guessing Mr Scott is helping a buddy or two out. That money could get more bang for the buck elsewhere in JAX.

The North Florida TPO has ranked it as a top priority for years. All of the northeast Florida projects listed for funding in 2014 have been worked on for several years.
