BRADENTON, Fla. (AP) â€" An 18-year-old man was arrested for allegedly giving wedgies to people outside of a movie theater.
Bradenton Police arrested Charles Ross on Sunday. A police report says Ross likes to video pranks and is known for harassing and annoying people in Manatee County then putting the footage on YouTube, similar to a "Jackass"-style show. One of his recent videos â€" of Ross kissing strangers â€" has gotten nearly 400,000 views.
Police say Ross grabbed people by the back of the pants and pulled them up, hard. Several victims said they were too embarrassed to press charges.
Ross was booked into the Manatee County Jail on battery charges and was released Monday on a $750 bond. It is not yet known whether he has retained an attorney.

I wonder if we will see a study released linking consumption of pizza to this sort of behavior. Worse still, I wonder if the consumption of pizza in a historic neighborhood compounds the effects of post-pizza rowdiness......
They showed some of his videos this morning on GMJ. Phil Amato said he's surprised the guy hasn't been decked yet. I agree. Some of the things they showed him doing were awful and in some cases, illegal.
It amazes me the of the actual ignorance of people, and I'm not talking about Mr. Ross.
First, he made those videos for his and his friends' amusement a la generation Jackass.
He gets busted and goes to jail.
Media picks it up and it really goes viral... I bet his youtube vids have tripled in hit count.
He gets exactly what he wanted. For a small fee of $750, his marketability on Youtube just increased exponentially. Thank you, media, for being dumbasses.
