Springfield Park is the historic name of the entire greenspace from 10th Street (now 8th Street is the north border) to Laura Street. Dignan Park (now Confederate Park) was added in 1907 between Main and Liberty Streets.
This is a great video...I shared it on my Facebook page last night....and encourage everyone here to do the same (or similar).

I have to be honest, Jax2025 didn't move my needle much. There are so many things to do right now that I haven't been moved by another visioning process.
This video though got me a little fired up. I'll be there next Saturday.
Very impressive.
They are planning for over 2000 people to attend the January 19th meeting....this is a big opportunity for MJ posters to help craft the vision.....please show up!
