JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Former Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Mark Brunell will be the next football coach and program director at Episcopal School of Jacksonville.

In addition, Mark will work in the School's Advancement Office as the Advancement Athletics Consultant. The appointment was announced by Athletic Director Andy Kidd Sunday morning.

Im really glad he's here. He is a prime example of the impact of having an NFL team. Players retire and continue to give to this community. I was watching the new the other night and there are two other guys that coach high school teams in the local area that are ex Jaguars. The impact of having an NFL team goes far beyond whats on the field.
