Does anyone know if the mixed use development called "The Point at Riverside" is still going to be built? It was supposed to go in near the intersection of College St and Willow Branch, but with the market the way it is I would not be surprised if it got axed.
Also, I am curious what your thoughts are on that area in general. From there all the way down to the College and King area. It seems pretty transitional to me, but much better than Springfield. Plus, being around the corner from Kickbacks can't be too bad.

You are right. With all the apartments on College, it is very transitional. Having delivered mail in Riverside for the last 8 years, I have seen the same people move from place to place within Riverside.
here is what I found out from RADO. The project is on the backburner until the market returns as they have not been able to secure secondary funding.
