In no particular order:

2) Metropolitan Park connection to the Northbank Riverwalk and eventual expancion to the Cummer AND old Ford assembly plant.
3) S-line rail usage.
4) "starter" streetcar expancion between Hemming and a new Stadium loop.
5) Skyway expansion to BCBS Riverside Ave and streetcar for Riverside/MurrayHill
6) Park View conversion and buid out.  Annie Lytle rehab and tie-in to streetcar for hub distribution to Ortega, Avondale, Lakeside Park, Fairfax
7) Complete Streets re-stripe to a certain few roads within 7miles of our CBD.
8) Full intertchange at Atlantic Blvd/I-95 similar to what was built at Forest St. for the northbank
9) More and better public access to the river for novice padlers
10) bikeshare.  Possibly incorporated with park and ride lots where property is available.

Not reading the rest of the list, I'd say something needs to be done with McCoys Creek as well.  I've been researching it for the last few weeks and will feature a story on it next week.  The McCoys Creek Improvement Project was completed a year after the Hogans Creek Improvement Project.  Both featured similar beautification and flood control techniques.  Both also have suffered from neglect since their completion.
