I've been to Fionn's a few times since the FL-GA weekend....and according to some staff, business is actually up a bit.

the food and atmosphere is quite good...and the outside actually looks fine at night

That's good to hear. People shouldn't let some fluky senseless incident stop them from having a good time.

Yeah, from how info in the story, it certainly seemed as if the murder had nothing whatsoever to do with the place. I feel bad for owners of the bar, but at least it's good to know it doesn't seem to have hurt them.
Good food! Outdoor seating by the river is nice too.
I used to go to the Jax Beach location all the time. They definitely had a positive impact on the redevelopment there. It's weird not having them around anymore, I'm glad they've still got the downtown location.
