Hello there - I'm hoping someone can help me determine all the high rise residential complexes downtown, on both the north bank and the south bank. Here's what I have so far:
Individually Owned:
Berkman Plaza (400 East Bay Street)
Churchwell Lofts (301 Bay Street)
San Marco Place (1478 Riverplace Blvd)
The Peninsula (1431 Riverplace Blvd)
Apartments (Not Individually Owned - for rent only):
???
The Strand on Southbank, City Place downtown. What else?
According to the the "State of Downtown 2011":

Yeah, here at the Churchwell we're only four floors, plus the "penthouse levels" that us 4th floor people get up on the roof. (The fourth floor "big lofts" on the top floor have an upper level, WAAAAAYYYY up on top of the original roof, with a "florida room/study, master suite and a private terrace.) In my opinion they're the coolest properties in all of Jacksonville, which is why I bought 2 out of the 5 of them..
