Heard a rumor that COJ is going to contract out to Centeral Parking to enforce meters in the core area. I guess they really want no one downtown. As of the last few months it"s been nice to pull up to a bizness and not have to be worried about getting a ticket. I hear these privite companies are brutal (ie: Park Atlante etc.)
